Armanet SMS Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in Armanet’s SMS Notifications program (“Program”), you agree to receive automated text messages related to your use of Armanet products and services (“Armanet Services”). These may include (but are not limited to):

  • Account & security alerts, verification codes, and configuration confirmations
  • Platform notifications (e.g., offers, messages, spot requests, proposals, funding updates)
  • Service announcements and reminders
  • Promotional/marketing messages (if separately opted in)

Enrollment & Double Opt-In

Enrollment is voluntary. You expressly consent to receive texts from Armanet when you:

  1. Provide your mobile number, and
  2. Confirm your number via a 6-digit verification code we send to that number.

Until verification is completed, no SMS notifications will be delivered. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or using Armanet Services.

Notification Preferences

After verification, you can manage per-notification preferences in your Notification Center. Transactional/account messages (e.g., security, configuration, core service alerts) may be enabled by default.

Message Content & Manual Notifications

Certain alerts may include only a brief event title (e.g.,:

  • “Spot Request Submitted”
  • “Funds Deposited”
  • “Proposal Adjusted by Advertiser”
  • “New Spot Request Received”

) and will direct you to your Notification Center for details.

Frequency & Delivery

Message frequency varies by your settings and activity. Armanet does not guarantee message number, timing, or delivery. Standard message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Armanet is not responsible for outages, filtering, or failures beyond its control.

Opt-Out / Help

  • Reply STOP to any Armanet text to opt out of that messaging category (or all SMS, where technically applicable).
  • You may continue to receive in-app, email, or web notifications.
  • Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at support@armanet.co.

Eligibility & Age Gating

The Program is intended for users 21+. Robust age verification may be required.

Privacy

We will not sell or share your SMS opt-in data, consent status, or phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share such data only with vendors and service providers that help deliver messaging services (e.g., carriers and platform providers). See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Prohibited Use

You will not use the Program to transmit illegal, infringing, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content. You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate and secure.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PROGRAM AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARMANET AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS/REVENUES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. IN ALL EVENTS, ARMANET’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED US $100.

Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Armanet and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

  • (a) your use of the Program;
  • (b) your breach of these Terms; or
  • (c) your violation of law or third-party rights.

Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PROGRAM WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (AAA) UNDER ITS COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

The seat of arbitration is Delaware; the governing law is Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. A court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware may enter judgment on the award.

Changes

Armanet may update these SMS Terms at any time. Continued use of the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
